on the other hand, disabling crossplay on game settings just shrinks the general matchmaking pool and will increase waiting times on lobbies. for crossplay, devs have to balance the amount of aim-assist to keep the gameplay as fair as possible, but it's apparently too hard to make everybody satisfied in this regard. I also encounter some keyboard and mouse users getting annoyed at the aim-assist feature for controllers, which may act like a cheat at times (in the eyes of PC gamers). but as I occasionally roam around gaming forums and reddit, I see lots of controller users complaining about it, regarding standard PvP multiplayer. for PvE modes like CoD-zombies, it won't matter much as there isn't any serious kind of competition. Yeah, I also heard use of keyboard and mouse on consoles is done by many players. Black Ops Cold War includes a slew of customization options to make it feel comfortable in your hands. I definitely wouldn't wanna go up against PC Widowmakers while playing Overwatch on Switch tho, that's for sure. Not sure how many games that works for, but it's probably way more than just fortnite.
